I've had these boots for 4 years. I've had the leather reconditioned twice and the soles replaced twice at the Frye Refurbishment Center. I've only worn them a few times since the last recondition and resole. There is a tiny nic in the leather on the toe of the right boot. There is some discoloration and darkening of the leather towards the top outside of each boot. There are some blue stains inside the boots from denim bleeding. The white powdery substance on the boots is from a natural process the leather does to express oils. It wipes off easily. These boots are still holding up good and will last for many years to come.

I've had these boots for 4 years. I've had the leather reconditioned twice and the soles replaced twice at the Frye Refurbishment Center. I wore them a whole Fall/Winter season since the last recondition and resole. I had the left pull tab on the right boot repaired at a local cobbler a couple of years ago. That repair is still holding up well. There is a tiny bit of stitching coming loose near the right pull tab on the right boot. There are some blue stains inside the boots from denim bleeding. These boots are well worn, but with a reconditioning of the leather and new soles, they would look good and last many years to come.
